PORT CLINTON

Two men from the former Soviet Union were questioned after they bought about 200 cell phones during the weekend, Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies said.

The men were not charged in the incident, but the sheriff's office contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an investigative branch of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
