Hede: Holding grudges can affect heart

When we think of someone having a heart attack we often picture in our mind someone clutching their heart, sweating or gasping in agony. But that is not often the case. Sometime heart attack symptoms can vary drastically.

Did you know that sometimes there is no pain at all and a heart attack, and a heart attack is diagnosed after it has occurred. This is called a silent heart attack.

If you think you have had an heart attack don't try to "tough it out." Get medical attention immediately. There is nothing more important than an healthy heart.

Here are some of my own personal opinions about keeping a healthy heart:

* Forgive immediately

* Love more

* Treat others as you would want to be treated.

* Invest in yourself first

* And remember every decision you make doesn't just affect you
