Local business owners are overjoyed school districts plan to push back the start of the school year until after Labor Day.

"I'm thrilled," said Max & Erma's and Perkins Restaurant owner Steve Schuster. "I appreciate that the school districts are adjusting their calendars to be sensitive to the local businesses."
