A report detailing the damage and possible repair schedule for Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial has been delayed, an official said.

The report describes a 17-week assessment of the monument’s damage after a 500 pound granite slab fell from it in June 2006, raising the question that the monument could be deteriorating.

Monument superintendent Andy Ferguson said he’s anxious to put the report together and lay down a repair plan.
