Western Reserve school board members are not sure how they'll respond if the allegations Superintendent Doug Solet sexually harassed an employee turn out to be true.

They could have to figure that out soon. An outside investigation into the accusation is nearly complete.

"We haven't determined" what course of action the board would take, said board president Cheryl Fannin.

A 31-year-old Western Reserve staff member filed a complaint Dec. 21 with the Huron County Sheriff's office claiming Solet -- the former principal at Sandusky St. Mary Central Catholic School -- sexually harassed her.
