Thirty-seven members of Sandusky High School's Keynotes and Bell Choir returned Dec. 24 from a five-day trip to Florida's Disney World where they gave a 20-minute concert in the rotunda of the American Adventure building and participated in two performances of the lovely candlelight processional. Of course, they had the opportunity to enjoy the sights and sounds of Disney World as well.

The students burst into impromptu singing at the Columbus airport. Much to the delight of people awaiting their flights. The Southwest crew had heard their singing, knew who was aboard, and asked them to sing a song before we landed in Orlando. They responded to the request and added the sung Benediction as a Christmas blessing to the other passengers and the crew.

Were we chaperones of these students? Of course we were. They brought credit to Sandusky High School and to the city from which they came. Their behavior added validity to the message they sang.

The students and Mr. Ron Albert, their director, showed us evidence that our school tax dollars are indeed bearing rich fruit.
