SANDUSKY

With the help of two donors, Sandusky Library has a complete collection of Sandusky High School graduating class of 1884.

The collection of 1884 senior pictures is the archives research center's earliest collection of individual pictures for a graduating class. They were originally donated by two people over 40 years ago; Meade Spencer in 1967 and Marjorie Lamb in 1965.

It wasn't until recently the pictures were featured in the library's blog.

"We got them in '65 and '67, but we just recently found out that there were so many amazing people in that class," said Dorene Paul, reference assistant.
