City leaders hope fees at Mills Creek will be able to stay par for the course.

Commissioners have voted to table an item that would restructure the fee schedule at the city-owned Mills Creek Golf Course, 1933 Mills St.

Because the city struggles to break even operating the course, Commissioner Craig Stahl had suggested the city renegotiate its lease agreement with Sandusky Catholic Cemeteries of the Catholic Diocese of Toledo to avoid a major hike in course fees. The city signed a 25-year lease for the property in 1999.
