Milan officials and State Rep. Matt Barrett say the Ohio Department of Transportation is giving them the silent treatment.
"It's been a few weeks since we talked to them," Milan village administrator Bruce Bowie said Monday. "We're disappointed that we haven't been able to come to any understanding."
Milan and ODOT officials are arguing about who should pay for permanent repairs to a portion of U.S. 250 approaching the east bank of Rattlesnake Creek Bridge in Milan.
