Family and friends of Derrius S. Johnson breathed a sigh of relief Monday at his sentencing.
Johnson, 20, was sentenced to four years probation for his involvement with shooting into a Pioneer Trail apartment in December 2006. No one was injured in the incident.
He pleaded guilty in October to two felony counts of attempting to improperly discharge a firearm at a habitation.
