MILAN

The Ohio Department of Transportation says it refuses to pay for repairs to a U.S. 250 bridge because the repairs are legally Milan's responsibility.

State Rep. Matt Barrett says, however, ODOT may not be able to pay for the repairs even if it wanted to because the state's transportation budget is nearly tapped out.
