NORWALK

It's official. But there's going to be a recount.

After the provisional ballots were added in, Norwalk City Council Republican candidate Scott Krichbaum beat his Democratic adversary Lynn Chapin 321-318 in the 1st Ward race. This reversed the unofficial results released on election night.

Huron County Board of Election officials say the three-vote margin requires an automatic recount that could easily swing the election results once again.
