Norwalk resident Jim Orth threatened to sue the Huron County Board of Elections Monday over the projected results of the Norwalk city council race.
"It's the right thing to do," Orth said Monday. Orth, a registered Republican, is upset because the person projected to represent the city council's 1st Ward, where he lives, does not live there herself.
Council-elect Lynn Chapin, a Democrat, actually lives in the city's 4th Ward after Norwalk city council redrew the ward lines in 2002.
