PORT CLINTON

A city administrator is encouraging council members to work together after voters approved a waterfront resort last week.

City residents approved the rezoning of Water Works Park on Nov. 6, allowing for the development of a waterpark, convention center and hotel. The controversy surrounding the development has split the council, with five members supporting the rezoning and two who are opposed.
