Big turnout for Back to the Wild

Nearly 1,000 people turned out Sunday for Back to the Wild's open house in Castalia.

Director Mona Rutger said she was pleasantly overwhelmed at the surprisingly large turnout.

"So many people in the community have known we're here, but didn't know what we actually do," she said.
