They might not be as notorious as the Bloods, Crips, or MS 13, but Norwalk Police Sgt. Todd Temple says gangs in Norwalk are creating problems for local police.

"They're committing crimes in Norwalk by stealing, using drugs and sometimes selling drugs," Temple said. "I think that's a problem that must be dealt with."
