PORT CLINTON

Barnett, 40, of Barberton, Ohio, drowned in August 2002 after he and his friend, Scott Speer, 43, of Fairlawn, were caught in a storm on Lake Erie in Speer's boat. Barnett's body washed up about two days later on Mouse Island.
