I don't know who the opening announcer at Sandusky Speedway on Sept. 22 was, but I didn't appreciate him using the microphone as a platform to promote Bush's war on Iraq.
In the next breath, he said that he was going to Fort Myers, Fla., for the winter.
As far as I'm concerned, Fort Myers is not far enough away.
If he believes so much in "the war on terror" Bush likes to call it, then he should go to Iraq and join the military and fight "the war on terror."
Talk is cheap, and going to bed at night in a cozy little bed in Fort Myers is not like dodging bullets and IEDs from people in Iraq that are trying to kill you.
And, while he is joining, he will be lucky if he does not join the 3,700 brave Americans that have died there for no reason.
