Wearing jeans, T-shirts and other casual clothes, the members of the Firelands Symphony Orchestra filed into their seats Tuesday night to rehearse how they'll sound when they are dressed up Saturday night.

"We have so many schoolteachers and people who have day jobs," said Tamara Kagy, personnel manager for the orchestra and principal flautist for the orchestra.
