2:55 p.m. -- 3500 block of Ohio St., 17-year-old boy, charged for probation violation.

4:23 p.m. -- 2900 block of E. Perkins Ave., Gernimo Hernandez Quiros, 40, 600 block of Cleveland Road, Huron, cited for failure to transfer plates.

4:36 p.m. -- 4700 block of Milan Road, Cecilia Veronica Mena, 22, Cedar Point Drive, charged with theft.

4:50 p.m. -- Ohio 2 and Galloway Road, Dewright L. Gray, 27, 300 block of E. Bogart Road, served with three warrants.

7:02 p.m. -- Columbus Avenue and 48th Street, Karon Page, 29, 800 block of Tyler St., charged with drug abuse for crack cocaine, obstructing official business, aggravated trafficking and resisting arrest.

8:30 p.m. -- 4700 block of Milan Road, 16-year-old girl, charged with theft.

8:46 p.m. -- 3400 block of E. Perkins Ave., Gerald K. Harmon, 43, same address, served with two warrants.

10 p.m. -- 5200 block of Milan Road, woman told police someone stuck sanitary pads all over the front windshield of her car while it was parked outside a restaurant.

2:21 a.m. -- 800 block of Crossings Road, Pamela Jean Harvey, 55, 300 block of S. Taft Court, Louisville, Co., charged with disorderly conduct.

12:26 p.m. -- 900 block of Ontario St., small baggy of marijuana found in a hallway outside the gymnasium and cafeteria of Ontario School.

3:47 p.m. -- 500 block of Rockwell St., Debra J. Butts, 54, same address charged for possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, resisting arrest and probation violation and Cynthia M. Dunlap, 45, 200 block of W. Adams St., charged for probation violation.

7:16 p.m. -- 500 block of Huron Ave., Lamar V. Chaney, 44, same address, cited for driving under suspension and loud exhaust and served with warrant for failure to comply.

7:52 p.m. -- Monroe Street, Donald M. Trussell, 32, 1700 block of Harrison St., cited for driving under suspension and insufficient headlights.

8:52 p.m. -- 1500 block of Prospect St., caller said 60 to 80 people fighting and running towards Hayes Avenue. Subjects dispersed, but were believed to be part of one of three area gangs. Two Prospect Street residents warned about allowing gang activity on their property.

9:55 p.m. -- Parkview Boulevard, Calvin Manjone Harper Jr., 29, 2100 block of Parkview Blvd., served with warrant.

9:55 p.m. -- 800 block of W. Washington St., Cynthia A. Gowdy, 51, 600 block of E. Jefferson St., served with indictment for two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine.
