Results from an autopsy on Gerald Gilliam, 39, who died July 7 when he was shot in the abdomen, reveal factors surrounding his death.
A bullet ripped through his liver and pancreas as it exited the left side of his body, according to the autopsy.
Police say Gilliam was shot after a fight with neighbor Andrew D. Johnson, 59. Johnson was indicted on charges of murder, voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter earlier this month.
