It wasn't what was said at the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on Thursday that will determine the future of the Sandusky Yacht Club property. It may be what wasn't said in the 2004 city ordinance.

Ordinance 1133.12 does not specify how the Shoreline Drive right-of-way would affect maximum building height, which may have created a loophole for the Yacht Club, said club Treasurer Mark Gacka.
