PORT CLINTON

A Port Clinton woman was convicted this morning of making up a bomb threat against Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station last month.

Katelyn McRitchie, 19, last known of 615 Fremont Road, pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count each of inducing panic and falsification.

McRitchie could spend up to a year in jail and pay a $2,000 fine when she is sentenced at Ottawa County Municipal Court at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 5.
