HURON

At about 11:27 p.m. June 20, police arrived at Burger King, Cleveland Road West, after a report came in about a man holding up the drive-through line because he was passed out in his car.

A witness said several cars had to go around the vehicle. When officers arrived, the driver, Josiah Sanchez, 27, 300 block of Union St., Bellevue, awakened and removed his vehicle from the drive-through lane and pulled into the Rye Beach Plaza, the Huron Police report said.

Sanchez told police he had been up since 5 a.m. and was tired. After he failed sobriety tests, officers charged him with driving under the influence.
