To the editors’ unanimous ‘thumbs down’ on the Bellevue leash law
There are certain poor excuses for human beings who need laws and standards to go by as they have none to call their own.
Within a one block radius on one side of downtown Bellevue, we have watched, for the last year, certain constant repeat offenders (Monday-Friday at 7 a.m.) pooping (or having their dogs poop) and leaving it to rot on the old City Center front porch.
What does this say to you? What do you think it says to the town council?
These are the same types of individuals who leave splots of human regurgitation at the entrance (or exit) of certain establishments where dinner is in liquid form.
By all rights, another law should be passed to clean up bodily fluids
