Jeff Gamso, American Civil Liberties Union legal director, said the organization is launching an investigation the May 24 execution of former Huron resident Christopher Newton, which he called Ohio's second "botched execution."

He also referred to  a 2006 lethal injection execution that was delayed after one of the inmate Joseph Clark's veins collapsed.

In Newton's case, prison staff in the death chamber struggled to find a suitable vein in one of the 265-pound man's arm to deliver the three lethal chemicals used during the process. It turned out to be the longest execution in Ohio's history.

Did Clark give his victim the same consideration???

I doubt it or the crime would never have been commited.

Why should he get MORE consideration than HIS victim got?

ACLU.... go shove it and mind your own cry-baby liberal business,.

Go do something useful for a change like doing a REAL backgroung check on that clown in the Whitehouse.
