A Toledo man pleaded guilty to four counts Monday in the Erie County Common Pleas Court, including attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

In March and April, Bobby J. Feahr, 24, 600 block of Sixth St., Toledo, used a telecommunications device to solicit sex from a female Perkins Township police officer who was posing as a teen girl between the ages of 13 and 16.

Feahr pleaded guilty to disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and to two counts of importuning. Four other charges for importuning were dismissed.

Feahr was released from the Erie County Jail on personal recognizance and agreed to have no contact with anyone under age 18, and to not use text messaging or computers.

His sentencing is scheduled for July 26.
