The student who was expelled from Norwalk High School for allegedly drafting a hit list of people she wanted to kill will be in juvenile court Tuesday.
Meanwhile, parents are upset they were not notified of the 16-year-old girl's actions, according to comments posted on the Register forum.
Parents found out about the hit list through news reports Wednesday. The girl was expelled in April. Assistant Principal Brad Cooley defended the decision, saying the police determined the girl was not a threat.
