The Redskins scored eight runs in the second and fourth innings en route to a five-inning win over the Polar Bears.

Port Clinton (11-9, 9-1) had three homers in the second inning, two coming from the bat of Kyle Gonya, as they batted around the order. Joe Malfara had the third homer of the inning, which was sandwiched between Gonya's.

Aaron Spencer worked five scoreless innings for his first win, walking five and striking out three in the process.

"Aaron did a nice job for us," Port Clinton coach Traci Bodi said. "We worked ourselves into good hitters counts, we sprayed the ball around the field today."

For the Redskins, Kyle Millinger had four hits and six RBI, Malfara had two hits and three RBI, and Gonya had three hits and three RBI. Port Clinton collected 15 hits and had one error.
