SANDUSKY

A Sandusky man pleaded guilty on Monday to charges of attempted felonious assault and unlawful restraint, a misdemeanor.

He could be sentenced to a maximum of five years and 60 days in jail for his crimes.

His sentencing is scheduled for July 12 in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas.

Jason E. Ritenour, 23, of Sandusky was originally charged with abduction, obstructing official business and resisting arrest in October.
