10 years ago, 1997: The developer of a Native American artifact manufacturing company purchased almost five acres in Ottawa County's Lake Winds Industrial Park, with plans to create 50 jobs within a year and more than 100 after that. Dajago Inc. owner Lloyd Victor Jugo, Huron Township, closed the deal Tuesday with the county commissioners, paying $73,050 for 4.87 acres.
