MILAN

Seventeen students from EHOVE Career Center compete at the Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference in New York City on May 9- 13, having earned top scores at recent state contests.

Business Professionals of America is a national organization for high school, college and middle school students preparing for careers in business and information technology. College Tech Prep is a partnership between EHOVE and BGSU Firelands in which students earn high school and college credits. Students voluntarily work over the Christmas holiday, after school and weekends on projects and team performance.

In all, 34 students from the Interactive Media Tech Prep and Computer Networking Tech programs competed at state level. The budding professionals say they have enjoyed their learning experience.
