The city is preparing for the start of tourism season and that includes a few traffic changes.
Changes for Cedar Point will begin with barricades placed on the U.S. 250 overpass May 4.
Signals at Cleveland Road at Cowdery Street and Cedar Point Drive at Fifth Street/River Avenue will stop flashing beginning this Sunday.
"We're getting ready for opening day right now," said park spokesman Bryan Edwards.
"Everything is on plan ... and we can't wait."
