Several times on the news channels I see soldiers firing what seems to be a .50-caliber machine gun. However, it never shows what in the world they are firing at. And if there are enemy casualties, I never hear of them.
As for me, I believe we must win this fiasco that's going on in Iraq. We have lost over 3,000 men and as stated in Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, "highly resolve that these men shall not have died in vain." Win, whatever it takes, and quit dilly-dallying.
