Norwalk 4, Port CLinton 1: Norwalk notched its fourth win of the year as three singles wins paced the Truckers.

Bellevue 4, Edison 1: The Lady Red (3-2) got two singles wins and two doubles wins against the Chargers.

SMCC 3, Danbury 0: St. Mary Central Catholic defeated Danbury in non-conference action Monday as the Panthers won all three sets in convincing fashion, 25-10, 25-5 and 25-7.

The Panthers were led by Erin McLaughlin, who was 18-for-18 serving with two aces, 15 service points and five digs, and Jordan Edigner, who was 19-for-20 serving with six aces and 17 service points.


Huron 176, Oak Harbor 251: The Tigers picked up their first league win of the season, defeating Oak Harbor. Huron was led by Rafaella Gioffre, who shot a 36 and was the match’s medalist.

Margaretta 201, Elmwood 228: The Polar Bears, behind Rian Spicer’s 46, defeated a Elmwood in non-conference action Monday at the Birch Run Golf Course.


St. Paul 157, Plymouth 216: The Flyers rolled past Plymouth in Firelands Conference boys’ golf action at Eagle Creek as Chris Stang paced the Flyers (2-1) with a 33 over nine holes.

Tol. Christian 186, Danbury 216: The Lakers fell to Toledo Christian in TAAC action. Danbury was led by Chase Borson, who shot a seven-over par 42, good enough for second overall.

New London 188, Mapleton 211: Andrew Hopkins shot a 43 for medalist to lead the Wildcats against the Mounties.
