With a pair of third-place finishers on Saturday, the Blue Streaks were fourth at the final Greater Buckeye Conference Tournament at Findlay.
David Linden's 8-6 win against Fremont Ross' Josh Woughtner in the No. 3 singles bracket secured one of the third-place spots, and Doc Will and Connor Borchardt nabbed the other with their 6-4, 6-1 in the No. 2 doubles bracket.
They beat Marion Harding's Eder Ayala and Jake Nelson, and Tim Cheek and Mason Sloma of Fremont, 8-4, in the third-place match.
Findlay finished first in the league tournament and won all five of the brackets. They also won the GBC crown, which is awarded based on points for both regular season wins in league games and conference tournament wins. Napoleon was second in the league and conference standings.
The six-team conference is disbanding at the end of the school year; Sandusky will join the Northern Ohio League, while Fremont Ross and Findlay were accepted into the Three Rivers Conference.
Sandusky's Jacob Riedy was fourth in the No. 1 singles bracket, winning a match against Marion's Jeremy Cranmer, and dropping an 8-2 contest with Napoleon's Jordan Bruan.
Jack Stauffer was fourth in the No. 2 bracket. He scored a 6-0, 6-1 win against Mak Leibengood of Marion, and lost to Napoleon's Justin Braun, 8-3.
Lucas Widman and Brock Cremean were fifth in the No. 1 doubles bracket.
