Warrants have been issued for a Sandusky man who allegedly kneed his pregnant girlfriend between the legs and knocked her to the floor..
Shane Rhuda, 36, of the 200 block of Shelby St., will be served with domestic violence and assault charges once Sandusky police officers locate him.
The woman filed a complaint at the police station Friday at about 3 p.m., saying her and Rhuda had taken out a $1,000 loan to cover his child support, according to a police report.
When the woman spoke with Rhuda about payments, he allegedly told her to pay it off, because he wasn't going to.
Rhuda then told her to move out, and began throwing things around the house. He allegedly grabbed her hair and wrist and began pushing her around the room, the report said.
While she was being shoved, the woman told Rhuda, "you can pay for the abortion."
In response, Rhuda allegedly kneed her in between the legs, knocking her to the ground. He then struck the back of her head several times, the report said.
The woman then fought back and darted from the residence. She went first to the hospital, then immediately to the police station, the report said.
Officer authorized charges and Rhuda will be arrested when located.
