A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly huffing out of compressed air cans, Port Clinton police said.
Sean Barnett, whose address was unavailable, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants, a fifth-degree felony.
An anonymous caller told Port Clinton police a man was seen outside a laundry mat huffing something out of cans, and that he appeared intoxicated, a Port Clinton police report said.
Police went to find Barnett who was allegedly swaying noticeably and gazing off in another direction, the report said.
They found him with a compressed air can in one hand and another in his pocket, the report said.
Police asked Barnett why he was huffing intoxicants in a public place, and he said he did not know, the report said.
Barnett was taken to the Ottawa County Jail where he remains on $5,000 bond.
