Woman injured in Perkins crash

A Huron woman sustained minor injuries after a Sandusky man improperly changed lanes Monday around 11 a.m. in front of Jolly Donut on Milan Road, Perkins police said.

Adolfo Leal, 22, of Monroe Street, was charged with changing lanes without caution and driving under suspension.

Both vehicles were headed southbound when Leal switched lanes, forcing the woman off the road and into a street sign and pole in front of the donut shop, police said. The sign then struck a parked truck in the restaurant's lot.
