Brandon Green, 28, is still at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Norwalk post. Troopers did not have an update on his condition, and the hospital would not comment on his status.

Green was driving a 1999 Yamaha motorcycle east on U.S. 20 at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday when just past Ohio 4, he slowed down to turn left — possibly to turn onto Beckstein Road — and was struck by a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.

The collision knocked Green onto a grassy median along U.S. 20. He was not wearing a helmet, although a family member said he normally does. Family members at the scene said he suffered a severe leg injury.

The driver of the Pacifica was Michael Knauch, 33, of Collins, and the passenger was Brenda Martin, 46, also of Collins.

Knauch and Martin were taken to Fisher-Titus Medical Center. Martin was treated and released, and there was no information available on Knauch’s condition.
