Yard Waste Collection

Residents within the corporate limits of the City of Sandusky may elect

to opt into the 2014 Yard Waste Collection program for curbside

collection in front of their home. The cost for this service is $11 per

month for the contract period ($99 total) and the charges can be added

to the participant’s water/sewer bill.  The contract period is April

1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 and the contractor for CY 2014 is

Republic Waste Services of Sandusky. Applications must be received by

the third Friday of the month in order for service to take place during

the next and following month(s).

Residents who participate in the city’s weekly Yard Waste Collection

program must keep leaves and yard waste separate.
