50 years ago, 1963: Dianne Keegan, a senior at Margaretta High School, and 1963 Homecoming Queen, was honored with a ceremony at the football game and a dance after the game. Her court included Sally Andres, Barbara Hartenfeld, Vickie Kromer and Barbara German.
25 years ago, 1988: A woman was suing her ex-husband over a high school reunion questionnaire she claimed he filled out portraying her as a promiscuous gold digger. Under "occupation" the ex husband allegedly wrote "Retired on 3rd husband's divorce settlement."
10 years ago, 2003: A trained tiger attacked magician Roy Horn of the duo Siegfried & Roy during a performance, biting his neck and dragging him off stage just feet from the audience. Horn underwent surgery and was in critical condition.
