Christina Merlo, 29, of the 400 block of Hendry St., was charged with aggravated vehicular assault, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under suspension and failure to yield the right-of-way.
Merlo allegedly drove a Ford F150 over Robert Rummel, 40, of Palatine, Ill., at about 2 a.m. at Columbus Avenue and Washington Row.

She was headed north on Columbus Avenue, while Rummel and his fellow Chicago-area bikers were headed south. She went to turn left onto Washington Row and barrelled into Rummel nearly head-on, a police report said.
Merlo then threw her pickup into reverse and backed over Rummel, flipping his bike over before she fled south on Columbus Avenue, the report said.
Rummel suffered multiple severe bone fractures. He was first taken by ambulance to Firelands Regional Medical Center, then flown by medical helicopter to the University of Toledo Medical Center, where late Thursday he was listed in fair condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.
