A Clyde woman sustained serious injuries after she failed to negotiate a curve while driving a motorcycle.
Debra A. Klotz, 42, veered her Harley-Davidson motorcycle off the road and struck a ditch, according to a Ohio State Highway Patrol report. Her motorcycle overturned, completely, ejecting Klotz from the vehicle. The crash occurred on County Road 197 just east of County Road 179 in Green Creek Township.
Klotz wasn't wearing a helmet when the crash occurred around 7 p.m. Sunday.
A medical helicopter transported Klotz from the scene to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed. Alcohol doesn't appear to be a factor in the crash.
