Report: NASA Plum Brook's facility needs use

A federal investigator has determined a unique experimental facility at NASA Plum Brook Station lacks a clear purpose, given that administrators failed to secure future tests there.
The report, by NASA inspector general Paul Martin, recommends keeping the rocket-engine testing center active for now.
