Police arrested a bloodied Sandusky man Tuesday after he allegedly threw his daughter into a brick wall and tried to punch his son and spit on paramedics.
Vincent Randleman, 46, was charged with two counts of domestic violence, misconduct at an emergency and disorderly conduct intoxicated.
When police pulled into the 1800 block of Remington Ave. at about 7 p.m., they found Randleman lying on the ground, bleeding heavily from the face, a Sandusky police report said.
Randleman told officers his son hit him and he wanted to file charges. His daughter, however, told police the Randleman threw her into a wall and her brother intervened. Randleman then threw a wild punch at his son, the report said.
After a short scuffle, Randleman ended up on the ground. As paramedics tried to help him, Randleman tried to spit on them, the report said.
He was taken to the hospital, then to the Erie County jail. Late Wednesday he was no longer listed as an inmate.
