Limberios shooting saga
Who killed Jacob Limberios?
Mar 1, 2013 at 3:21 PM
On Thursday, forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht released "incontrovertible forensic scientific proof" that someone else shot Jacob. Tissues samples show no gunpowder residue in the area of the wound, and that shows Jacob could not have been holding the gun when it was fired, according Wecht. Sandusky County sheriff's detective Sean O'Connell retrieved tissue samples from Wecht some time ago, but it's unclear what county officials did with the samples.

Special prosecutor Dean Henry, a Sandusky County attorney appointed to investigate the investigation and also defend Sandusky County sheriff Kyle Overmyer, County prosecutor Thomas Stierwalt and the three witness to Jacob's death in a lawsuit filed by his family has not given any indication when he will wrap up the investigation.
The one-year anniversary of Jacob's death is Saturday.
