Paraplegic fights to make Huron ADA compliant

A former Huron resident says he's been trying for years to get city officials to upgrade facilities to meet ADA standards, but they still haven't completed the task.

Terry Rock, a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair, first noticed the city's failure to make restrooms handicap-accessible a few years ago when he was still a Huron resident.
