Asian carp crisis bill introduced

Lawmakers in both the House and the Senate have introduced a new bill in Congress, "The Permanent Prevention of Asian Carp Act of 2010," that puts the Army Corps of Engineers on a tight deadline to construct a permanent barrier in Chicago to keep the Asian carp out of the Great Lakes.
Mike Matta, a U.S. advisor to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, hopes lawmakers from Ohio will rally behind the bill.
