Casa Fiesta owner gets year in jail, then back to Mexico

A federal judge sentenced Casa Fiesta owner Ramon Ornelas to a year and a day in jail for harboring and concealing 58 illegal immigrants, mail fraud and submitting false tax returns.
Ornelas also had to pay about $1,800 in fines and is being ordered to return to Mexico after his yearlong sentence is over. He had faced up to 33 years in prison.
